GOODframe offer UK and worldwide shipping

UK Shipping:

Standard shipping (3-5 business days): £4.99

Express shipping (1-3 business days): £5.99

International Shipping:

Standard shipping (7-10 business days): £12.99

Express shipping: (5-7 business days): 18.99

All international shipping fulfilled via local postal office tracked service.

If you have any issues with your purchase - shipping, return or you believe your item may be lost in transit, please contact via email on info@goodframe.co.uk

In the event that you miss your delivery or are unable to sign for it, Royal Mail  or your national postal service will leave a 'missed delivery' note that will prompt you to pick up the parcel from your local depot centre. The depot centre will only keep your parcel for 25 days before it is sent back to GOODframe and you are refunded. 

If you have placed an order to be delivered by UPS and were not available to sign for it, UPS will leave a calling card at your address with details of when they will reattempt the delivery. UPS holding times may vary, please confirm with your nearest depot centre. 

If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, once we receive this we will notify you by email that we have received the parcel along with the reason the delivery could not be completed.

If you would still like to receive the goods, you will be required to cover the delivery costs.

Please note that GOODframe cannot be held liable for item(s) that are not delivered as all parcels will require a signature before it can be delivered and may have additional tracking information.

 

Your frames will come very well packaged. Please remember that although the frames are strong they cannot withstand intentional mistreatment.

GOODframe strongly recommend keeping your frames in their case when they are not in use.
