EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & RETURNS
GOODframe offer a 7-day exchange and refund policy on all products. In order to be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item(s) have to be unworn, in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

To request an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days if you are UK based and 21 days if you placed an international order. This timeframe begins the day you receive your goods. Your email subject line should be 'exchange request' along with your order number. Within this email, please include your full name, the item you originally bought, the frame you wish to exchange and the reason for your exchange.
You are only able to exchange an item once. You cannot exchange a pair of sunglasses if you have already exchanged them.
To request a refund, please email email@example.com within 7 days if you are UK based and 21 days if you placed an international order. This timeframe begins the day you receive your goods. Your email subject line should be 'refund request' along with your order number. Within this email, please include your full name, the item you originally bought, the frame you wish to refund and the reason for your refund.
You cannot refund a pair of frames if you have already exchanged them.
Once we have received all of the required information, we will get back to you within 24 hours with a returns address. We strongly ask customers not to return their goods to the return address on the parcel as this could delay the returns process and means your return may not be logged until after the 14 days, making your return difficult.
GOODframe do not and will not cover the shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. We seriously urge customers to use a valid and insured form of delivery and to keep their proof of purchase.
GOODframe will not be held liable for any item(s) that are unsuccessfully returned back to our office. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the returns/exchange delivery is successful. GOODframe will not be liable to offer an exchange or refund in the event of an unsuccessful delivery.
All received items will be closely and thoroughly inspected to ensure that the items have been returned in a re-sellable and unworn condition.
GOODframe reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on items not returned in the requested state.
GOODframe aim to produce high quality frames and we endeavour to achieve this through an in depth quality control process. If you ever receive a pair of frames that are damaged or faulty, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, subject line 'faulty frames' along with photo evidence and quoting your full name and order number.
Faulty items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
GOODframe are unable to offer refunds and exchanges on sale items.
