You should get an error message if your discount code doesn’t work telling you what the issue is. If you still cannot resolve the issue, please note these quick tips to help you below:

1. Discount codes are usually not applicable to sale items (unless otherwise stated)
2. Other personal allocated codes are not available on site during site wide discounts.
3. Discount codes are usually single use per customer, per email and per transaction.
4. Promo codes usually have an expiry date.
